Over one thousand primary school teachers undertook Gaelchultúr’s EPV courses last year
Over one thousand primary school teachers succeeded in completing an EPV course on ranganna.com last summer, and we’re hoping to exceed that number this year!
Gaelchultúr’s Postgraduate Diploma in Translation: Scholarship and entry process
This autumn, Coláiste na hÉireann/Gaelchultúr will again be offering the Postgraduate Diploma in Translation and a scholarship (i.e. the course without the fees) will be awarded to one student on the programme.
Bord na Gaeilge UCD’s inaugural summer school aimed at teachers and the public in general
This year, for the first time ever, Bord na Gaeilge UCD will be running a summer school, Tionól Gaeilge UCD, in the university. This school, which is being organised by the Bord in conjunction with Gaelchultúr, will take place on the Belfield campus between Monday, 31 July and Friday, 4 August and teachers who attend the school will be entitled to three EPV days.

A Taste of Irish
Gaelchultúr will be running a free event, A Taste of Irish, this Saturday, 22 April, to give those interested in taking an Irish course with us this summer an opportunity to try a sample class.

The Certificate in Professional Irish going from strength to strength
When the Certificate in Professional Irish was first offered in 2012, only four students participated in the course. Almost five years later over 820 students have taken the course, and the Certificate in Professional Irish’s popularity continues to grow.
