Learning Irish in the classroom: a learner's perspective

Fís agus Foghlaim is a series of grammar videos available for free online which aims to make the learning of Irish language grammar more interactive and fun!

Are you a grammar guru or do you find it difficult to decipher declensions and dynamic verbs or are you confused by conditional mood and cardinal numbers? We’ve put together a short quiz for those of you with an interest in grammar – and we also offer a course for those who have an interest in improving their grammatical accuracy.

Irish Language activities: GaelGÁIRÍ

Club Chonradh na Gaeilge on Harcourt Street, Dublin, hosts a range of Irish language events and one of the newest is GaelGÁIRÍ, an Irish language comedy club held once a month.

Two new EPV courses being offered by Gaelchultúr

Over 4,000 primary school teachers have done one of Gaelchultúr’s online EPV courses since they were first offered five years ago and now the company is running classroom-based EPV courses for the first time.

A new series of ClubLeabhar.com begins

A brand new ClubLeabhar.com series began in April and three different works will feature as book of the month between now and June. A monthly fifteen minute podcast is now available on the site for the first time and other developments this year will include workshops on how to write a book review.
