Launch of Gaeilge gan Stró! - Lower Intermediate Level

The Minister for Community, Equality and Gaeltacht Affairs, Pat Carey, TD, will launch Gaelchultúr’s new multimedia language course, Gaeilge gan Stró! – Lower Intermediate Level by Éamonn Ó Dónaill, at 3.30 p.m., Friday, 5 November 2010 in Foras na Gaeilge, Merrion Square.

Online courses for primary school teachers

Gaelchultúr has been organising online summer courses for primary school teachers for two years now. Because of the great demand for these courses during the summer months, we have decided to offer them throughout the school year as well.

Preparatory Course and Higher Diplomas being offered by King's Inns

From early 2011 King’s Inns will offer advanced part-time courses to enable participants to apply for vacancies for Irish-speaking legal translators and lawyer-linguists in European Union Institutions.

ClubLeabhar.com was presented with the European Language Label on Monday, 27 September. The award recognises creative and innovative ways to improve the quality of language teaching and learning.

Video interviews on ranganna.com

An interactive version of the language course recently published by Gaelchultúr, Gaeilge gan Stró! – Lower Intermediate Level by Éamonn Ó Dónaill, is available on the company’s e-learning website, www.ranganna.com. The online version contains some extra material, including video interviews with fluent Irish speakers, the text of those interviews and translations into English.
