Our courses

Gaelchultúr is pleased to be able to offer general online Irish language classes for adult learners this spring. During this ten-week course, which will commence the week beginning 8 March, classes will be available at five different levels. The participants will attend a two-hour class one day per week.

To attend the live online classes, the only requirements will be a headset with a microphone (a USB headset, if possible), a laptop or desktop computer and a reasonably good broadband connection. A digital booklet will be sent to learners before the beginning of the course and they will be able to use this material during the classes and for the studying they do between classes.

During the classes, learners will have an opportunity to raise a virtual hand and ask the teacher questions. Pair work and group work activities will also be an integral part of every session.
