When we’re recruiting part-time employees, we look for people who:

have a high standard of both spoken and written Irish or who are currently undertaking a degree in Irish

are eager to learn, motivated, flexible and reliable

are tech-savvy and can troubleshoot when technical difficulties arise (including a good knowledge of Zoom and other communication platforms)

have excellent interpersonal skills, so that they can put learners and customers at ease.
